摘要
目的研究胶陀螺(Bulgaria inquinans Fr.)中有机酸类化学成分。方法采用溶剂萃取法、反复硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等手段分离胶陀螺中的化学成分,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从胶陀螺体积分数为70%的乙醇溶液提取物乙酸乙酯萃取层及正丁醇萃取层中分离得到了10个有机酸类化合物,即草酸(oxalic acid,1)、丁二酸(succinic acid,2)、棕榈酸(palmitic acid,3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxybenzoic acid,4)、2,4-二羟基苯甲酸(2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid,5)、异香草酸(isovanillic acid,6)、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,7)、香豆酸(courmaric acid,8)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,9)、肉桂酸(cinnamic acid,10)。结论化合物2-10均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the organic acid part from Bulgaria inquinans. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as oxalic acid ( 1 ), succinic acid (2), palmitic acid (3), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), 2, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (5), isovanillic acid ( 6 ), caffeic acid (7), courmaric acid ( $ ), protocatechuic acid ( 9 ), cinnamic acid(10) respectively. Conclusions Compounds 2-10 were obtained from Bulgaria inquinans for the first time.
