摘要
目的观察注射用洋参生脉粉针(YSSM)对急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法分别采用垂体后叶素、异丙肾上腺素致大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,研究注射用洋参生脉粉针对急性心肌缺血模型大鼠心电图及血清生化指标的影响。结果YSSM(2.0、1.0、0.5 g.kg-1)能够抑制舌静脉注射垂体后叶素后所致的T波高耸(P<0.05,P<0.01);能够降低皮下注射异丙肾上腺素所致的∑ST段的升高程度(P<0.01,P<0.001);亦能够降低皮下注射异丙肾上腺素所致的急性心肌缺血模型大鼠血清中的心肌三酶AST、LDH、CK及CK-MB的活力(P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论注射用洋参生脉粉针(YSSM)对急性心肌缺血具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protection effect of Yangshenshengmai freeze-dried powder (YSSM, traditional Chinese medicines) on acute myocardial ischemia. Methods Using the acute myocardial ischemia model of rats subjected to Pit and Iso, the effects of YSSM on ECG and the biochemical indicator in blood serum in myocardial ischemia rats were inveseigated. Results At the dose of 6.4, 3.2, 1.6 g·kg^-1, YSSM could markedly degrade the height of T wave(P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01)after injecting Pit through lingual uein, and could significantly degrade the increasing level of ∑ST(P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 001 )through hypodermic injection of Iso and degrade the myocardial enzymes(AST, LDH, CK and CK-MB)activity of blood serum in acute myocardial ischemia rats(P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusions YSSM have the effect of anti-myocardial ischemia.
