摘要
合成了2,2,4,9,9,11-六甲基-N1、N3-二乙酸四氮杂十四烷大环(A)和2,2,4,9,9,11-六甲基-N1、N3-二对甲基苯磺酰基四氮杂十四烷大环(B)以及它们的镧配合物,用元素分析、摩尔电导、IR和1H-NMR谱等手段表征了这些化合物的结构。初步生物活性表明,各化合物均有较强的抗肿瘤活性。
The synthesis of a new N-substituted tetraazamacrocycle(2, 2, 4, 9, 9, 11-hexamethyl-1,5, 8, 12- tetraazacyclotetradecan-N^1, N^3-diaceticacid(A) and 2, 2, 4, 9, 9, 11-hexamethyl-N^1, N^3-ditosyl-1,5, 8, 12- tetraazacyclotetradecan(B), and their Lanthanum( Ⅲ ) complex were reported. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, measurement, IR and ^1H-NMR spectra. The preliminary biological activity studies show that the target compounds have strong antitumor activities.
