摘要
目的测试二甲双胍和黄连素配伍复方联合治疗对糖尿病大鼠血糖、饮食、尿便量的影响。方法给予链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病模型大鼠以复方二甲双胍(二甲双胍与盐酸黄连素配比60:130)口服治疗3个月,测试糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、体重、饮食及尿便量。结果给与复方二甲双胍高400mg.kg-1、中200mg.kg-1、低100mg.kg-1剂量治疗后,给药组糖尿病大鼠体重恢复较快,但是仍然显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。高剂量可以显著降低糖尿病大鼠进食量、饮水量、尿量及排便量(P<0.01),中剂量和低剂量均等显著的降低糖尿病大鼠的排便量(P<0.01)。复方二甲双胍可以明显的降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖和GSP的含量。结论二甲双胍与盐酸黄连素配伍复方,可明显改善STZ所致糖尿病大鼠模型的"三多一少"症状,显著降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖及血清GSP。
OBJECTIVE To observe the influences of the complex prescription of metformin and berbefine (CPMB) on blood glucose, diet, urine output and defecation of the diabetic model rats. METHODS Diabetic rats established with injection of strep tozotocin (STZ) were oral administration with the CPMB (mefformin: berberine = 60: 130) for 3 months. The effect of the CPMB on the fasting blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein ( CSP), weight, diet, urine output and defecation of the diabetic model rats were tested. RESULTS The diabetic model rats were administrated with the CPMB, high dose 400mg· kg^-1, middle dose 200mg · kg^-1, low dose 100mg · kg^-1 , respectively. The weights of the treatment groups grew rapidly, but were still significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈0.01 ). High dose of the CPMB could remarkablely decrease food intake, water in take, urine output and defecation (P 〈0.01 ), while middle dose and low dose could remarkablely decrease defeca- tion of the diabetic model rats ( P 〈 0.01 ). The CPMB could obviously reduce the blood glucose and CSP content of the diabetic model rats. CONCLUSION The CPMB could significantly ameliorate the diabetic complications and obviously reduce the blood glucose and CSP content of the diabetic model rats.
