摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定胃复舒胶囊中盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷的含量。方法采用KromasilC18色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(34∶60∶6∶0.2);流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:270nm,柱温:30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱的线性范围0.01756μg～0.1756μg,r=0.9999;黄芩苷线性范围0.04696μg～0.4696μg,r=0.9999;平均回收率盐酸小檗碱为99.76%,RSD为1.26%(n=9);黄芩苷为100.66%,RSD为1.10%(n=9)。结论该法简便,快速,结果可靠,可用于胃复舒胶囊的质量控制。
METHODS ：OBJECTIVE The content of Berberine Hydrochloride and Baicalin in Weifushu capsules by HPLC. The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18. The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid-trienthylamine（34： 60： 6： 0.2）. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-land the detection wavelength was 270nm,the column temperture was 30℃ o RESULTS The external standard and peak area method were used to determine the contents of Berberine Hydrochloride and Baicalin in Weifushu capsules. The linear range of Berberine Hydrochloride and Bacalin were 0. 01756 μg - 0. 1756 μg, r = 0. 9999 and 0. 04696 - 0. 4696 μg （ r = 0. 9999 ） o The average recovery rate and RSD were 99.97%, 1.26% and 100.66%, 1.10% respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple and believable. It can be effectively used for the quality control of Weifushu capsules.
