A Review on the Studies of Self-Control Theory

自我控制对于个体成功地适应社会相当重要,它是一个人良好个性形成和发展的必要条件和基本保证。本文从自我控制的界定、自我控制的结构、自我控制的理论观点、自我控制的实证研究等方面对国内外关于自我控制理论的研究成果进行了梳理,以期为自我控制理论的深入研究提供借鉴。

Self - control plays a vital role in adapting our society successfully and it＇s one of the necessary conditions and basic guarantees of the forming and development of one＇s good personality. In order to provide some references for the further research, the author tidies up some results of self-control studies at home and abroad, especially in definition, structure, theories, empirical research and correlation study, etc.
