Discussion on the Right of Labor of Criminals

劳动权是宪法规定的公民的一项基本权利,罪犯作为公民仍然享有劳动权。但是,罪犯的特殊法律地位决定了其劳动权的特殊性。本文从罪犯劳动权的产生基础入手,分析了罪犯劳动权的特殊性,提出了保障罪犯劳动权的措施。

The right of labor is a fundamental right for constitutional citizen, a criminal being a citizen, still enjoys the right of labor, But, peculiar oriminal legal status decides whose right of labor particularity. The article starts with the creation basis of the right of labor of criminals, and analyses the right of labor of criminal＇s particularity, and then bring forward several measure ensuring the right of labor of criminals.
