摘要
用240只1日龄肉鸡为动物模型,随机分为4个组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组),每组60只,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组饮水中分别添加0,100,200,400mg/kg硼,研究饮水中不同含量硼对肉鸡血清SOD、GSH—Px及CAT活性、MDA、NO含量的影响。结果表明,在常规饲料(0.37mg/kg硼)中添加100mg/kg硼对血清自由基无影响;添加200mg/kg硼,使得抗氧化功能受损;添加400mg/kg硼试验期28d后就使肉鸡血清自由基代谢紊乱,抗氧化功能严重受损。
240 chickens at 1 age days were selected and randomly divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ivgroups to study the relation of boron and free radical (SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,MDA and NO).Boron in water of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere add 0,100,200,400 mg,/kg ,respectively. The results show that added 100mg,/kg has no difference,200 mg,/kg significantly effect on free radical, and antioxidant function in 400 mg/ kg boron was damaged, free radical metabolism was disordered. Antioxidant function was terribly damaged 28 days later.
