摘要
针对集装箱码头交通特点,综合考虑采用自动导引小车的自动化集装箱码头未来发展的需要,提出了基于模糊控制的缓冲区策略,利用eM-P lan t建立了孤立交叉口的仿真模型,并对基于模糊控制的缓冲区策略和先进先出策略分别进行仿真,通过数据比较和分析,确定了两者的适用范围,结果表明基于模糊控制的缓冲区策略优于先进先出策略,是进行自动化集装箱码头交叉口控制的实用和有效的策略.
The future development of automated container terminals using AGVs is thought over based on traffic characters of container terminals. The strategy of buffer based on fuzzy control (FCB) is presented to solve the traffic control problem of intersection of automated container terminals. The models based on the strategies of first-in first-out (FIFO) and FCB are set up using eM-Plant. The simulating results showed that the FCB strategy is better than the FIFO strategy. It is effective for the controlling of intersection of automated container terminals using AGVs.
