摘要
利用平板菌落计数法对洛阳市土壤微生物数量状况进行了初步研究,结果表明:洛阳市土壤微生物总量为134.5×104个/g(鲜土),其中细菌最多,125.0×104个/g(鲜土),放线菌次之,92.4×103个/g(鲜土),真菌最少,30.5×102个/g(鲜土)。不同土地利用方式中,土壤微生物数量表现为10年限日光温室最多,173.3×104个/g(鲜土),粮田次之,139.6×104个/g(鲜土),露地菜田最少,107.7×104个/g(鲜土)。从2月到4月,细菌、放线菌和真菌数量均呈现上升趋势。真菌的属级鉴定表明,粮田中真菌种类最多,且从2月到4月迅速增加,日光温室中真菌种类基本保持稳定。
The plating colony-counting methods was used to study the quantity of soil microorganisms in Luoyang city. The results showed that the total quantity of soil microorganisms is 134. 5×10^4 ind/g fresh soil, of which bacterium is the most (125. 0×10^4 ind/g fresh soil), actinomyces the second (92. 4×10^3 ind/g fresh soil),and fungi the least(30.5 ×10^2 ind/g fresh soil)no matter when the samples were taken and what crops were planted. The quantity of soil microorganisms was the most in greenhouse(173.3×10^4 ind/g fresh soil), second in cornfield(139.6×10^4 ind/g fresh soil)and the least in open vegetable field (107. 7 X 104 ind/g fresh soil). The quantity of bacterium, actinomyces and fungi trended to be increasing from February to April. By identificating the genus of fungi, the category of fungi was the most and kept increasing rapidly from February to April in cornfield, but was stable in greenhouse.
