基于“七五”国家重点科技项目分专题《防眩设施结构形式的研究》的研究成果，运用一种改进的层次分析法。

This paper is based on the research results of《Studies on the Structure and Form of the Glarescreens》,a major scientific and technical project during“the Seventh Five Year Planning”,and evaluates the various highway glarescreens by using an improved AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).
