猪MC5R基因在7个群体中的基因型分布研究

The Genotype Frequency of Porcine MC5R Gene in Seven Populations

MC5R基因是黑素皮质素受体家族的一员,与动物肥胖相关。利用PCR-RFLP技术,对该基因在猪7个不同群体的多态性进行了检测,发现在大白、梅山、大梅和梅大群体只有AA型,长大只有AB型,在长白猪群体则3种基因型均有分布。

MCSR gene is one of the Melanocortin receptor family, and is ralated to animal obsity. PCR--RFLP was used to detect the polymorphism of MC5R gene in seven pig populations. The result showed that only AA genotype was found in Large White, Meishan, Large White× Meishan, Meishan× Large White population and only AB genotype in Landrace× Large White populations, but three genotypes in Landracc population.
