摘要 哈尔滨电站集团与美国GE公司合作生产MSI 009FA大型燃气轮机,为此建立试验台进行燃气轮机总装后的全转速空载(FSNL)运行试验。介绍了试验台进气系统的设计,对燃气轮机控制系统Mark VI的理解和运用,以及燃气轮机动平衡技术。通过FSNL试验,证明产品性能符合规定的要求。 Harbin Power Group is manufacturing MSI 009FA type large capacity gas turbines in cooperation with (US) G.E. company. For this purpose a test bed has been erected for full speed no load (FSNL) testing of gas turbines after final assembly. The design of the test bed' s gas supply system, the understanding and handling of the gas turbine' s automatic control system Mark Ⅵ, as well as the way of dynamic balancing the turbine are explained. FSNL tests can warrant that the product's property requirements be satisfied.
