摘要
该文基于有限元方法,利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立球轴承的非线性接触模型,求解了四点接触球轴承的受力和变形情况。计算结果表明:用ANSYS Workbench计算分析轴承接触问题在一定程度上是可行的,较符合轴承受力后变形的实际情况。求解得到的球轴承滚珠等效应力分布和最大接触压力分布为轴承设计和轴承失效形式分析提供了理论依据,具有工程参考价值。
Based on the finite element method, this paper calculates the Gothic-arc bearing' s deformation and loads using nonlinear contact model in ANSYS Workbench. The simulation results show that it' s feasible using ANSYS Workbench to solve the contact problem of bearings and the solution accords with real deformation. The obtained ball bearings' equivalent stress and maximum contact pressure provide theoretical basis for bearings' design and failure form analysis and have engineering reference value
