创业能力是大学生在创业实践活动中体现的自我生存、自我发展的能力。阻碍我国大学生创业能力因素主要是:一市场经验不足;二是管理能力差。大学生创业能力的提升可从五个方面入手,一以社团为载体,培养学生创业意识;二深化职业规划指导,培养创业品质;三构建合理的知识结构,为创业做准备;四以校园文化活动为载体,营造创业实践氛围;五构建创业教育课程体系,提升学生创业能力。

According to the investigation and analysis on the college students, this article expatiates the concept and characteristics of the present college students＇ ability of innovative undertaking, it also analyses its structure characteristics. Finally it has constructed the promoting strategy of university students＇ innovative undertaking ability.
