摘要
产品的可靠性是与产品的功能和性能同等重要的技术指标。文章通过介绍SDZ-3000快速测井平台(简称SDZ-3000)在研制、生产过程中所采取的保障产品可靠性设计方法和管理措施,总结出了在贯彻可靠性设计思想方面所取得的宝贵经验,对进一步提高石油测井仪器的可靠性方面进行研究与探索。
The reliability of a product is as important as the function and performance of it.This paper summarizes some precious experience in carrying out the reliability design idea,and takes some exploration to improve the reliability of logging instruments in the future by introducing the methods and management measures of reliability design adopted in development and manufacture process of SDZ-3000 Express Platform.
