摘要
利用荧光原位杂交技术将45S rDNA和5S rDNA定位在了葫芦科的3种作物:西瓜(Citrullus lana-tus)、苦瓜(Momordica charantia L.)与罗汉果(Siraitia grosvenorii(Swingle)C.Jeffrey)的中期染色体上,并对它们进行了基于rDNA定位结果的核型分析.3种作物的杂交结果显示西瓜和苦瓜均具有2对45S rDNA位点,一对5S rDNA位点.罗汉果具有3对45S rDNA位点和一对5S rDNA位点.通过比较染色体组中rDNA分布的情况,对葫芦科几种植物种间的亲缘关系、罗汉果的分类等进行了分析和讨论.
The physical locations of 45S rDNA and 5S rDNA and karyotype analysis were carried out by means of fluorescence in situ hybridization in Citrullus lanatus.Momordica charantia L. and Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffrey. The results showed that two pairs of 45S rDNA and one pairs of 5S rDNA signals were detected on chromosomes of Citrullus lanatus and Momordica charantia L. and three pairs of 45S rDNA and one pairs of 5S rDNA loci were located on chromosomes of Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffrey. By comparing the physical location and distribution of 45S rDNA and 5S rDNA on chromosomes, the relationship among some species of Cucurbitaceae and the taxology status of Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffrey were discussed.
