摘要
海上的灯塔对夜间的船只起到“导航”作用。因此,灯塔设备稳定可靠的工作以及出现故障及时发现并进行及时处理就显得尤为重要。但是,我国的灯塔基本都是国外设备,是遥控技术的难点。本文剖析了灯塔的PLC控制系统和控制软件,并结合实际需求详细设计了基于GPRS网络技术的欧姆龙PLC CPM2A_2AH海上灯塔遥控系统。在整个系统中,监控中心和终端系统之间的数据传输采用的是一种协议可控的透明传输思想,这样大大提高了系统工作的效率和可靠性,很好地解决了对终端系统中PLC工作状态的实时监视和利用终端状态监控软件进行实时远程调试等关键问题。文中给出了系统的现场运行结果,实践表明,系统抗干扰能力强、工作稳定可靠。
Since a lighthouse for ships at sea plays the navigation role at night, its stability and reliability as well as timely detection and treatment is particularly important, However, the fact that the lighthouse equipments in China are mostly from foreign countries is the difficulty of remote control technology, This paper analyzes the PLC control systems and control software of lighthouse system, and based on practical requirement, discussed in detail the design of a lighthouse remote control system which utilizes the OMRON PLC CPM2A_2AH based on the technology of GPRS network. Throughout the system, data transmission between the monitoring control center and the terminal system is a Protocol-controllable transparent transmission. This has greatly improved the efficiency and reliability performance of the system, It also has resolved some key issues such as the real-time status monitoring of PLC device in the terminal system and monitoring control software of terminal status for the real-time remote debugging, In the paper, the running rostilts are given, which show that the system has strong anti-interference capability, reliability and stability,
