摘要
本文介绍了基于西门子S7-200 PLC的水槽温度监控系统.文中讨论了以S7-200 CPU224为核心,通过扩展智能热电偶模块EM231完成数据的采集、运算和回路调节,并对系统的软硬件的设计和数据通信进行了分析。该系统外部电路简单、系统可靠性高等特点。
The temperature supervision and control system of flume which based on Siemens S7 - 200PLC is introduced in this paper, using S7 - 200 CPU224, By extending thermocouple module EM231 to complete date collection ,operation and loop turn are discussed in this article, and The technique of software ＆ hardware design of system and data communication is presented. The system has the characteristics of simple external circuit and high dependability etc.
