基于参数自整定Fuzzy-PID控制器的气体温控系统

摘要 本文设计建立了快响应气体温度控制系统,通过对系统控制策略的理论和实验研究,实现了快响应气体温度控制系统的高精度快响应控制。首先,结合运用传热学、热力学和气动伺服控制技术相关理论,建立了快响应气体温度控制系统的数学模型;其次,对快响应气体温度控制系统进行了相应控制策略的研究。本文设计出参数自整定FUZZY-PID控制器,同PID控制相比,本文所提出的控制策略能明显改善系统的动静态性能。 This paper describes a fast-response gaseous temperature control system and presents a self-regulating fuzzy algorithm of PID control. To achieve a signal of the gas temperature with higher degree of accuracy and less response time, both of flux and power of heating are controlled in the algorithm. Firstly, construction and working principle of fast-response gaseous temperature control system is expounded. The combination of hermodynamics and pneumatics servo control theory is used as modeling of the system. Secondly, two kinds of control algorithms are applied to the system. The self-regulating fuzzy algorithm of PID controller is designed successful. The control schemas presented can improve the static and dynamic behavior of the system effectively.
