摘要 利用Matlab下的有限元算法求解生物组织热传输Pennes方程,将相关函数做成COM组件,在VC中调用COM组件,分析并设计了具有较强通用性和实用性的激光热效应预测平台。实现了对组织温度的瞬态分析以及温度时间响应曲线输出,为静脉曲张激光疗法提供了一种预测手段。 Bio-heat transfer Pennes equation was solved by the finite element method (FEM) realized by Matlab program .COM of function about FEM was maked in Matlab,which chould be called by VC to design the estimating fiat of Laser thermal effect. The instantaneous analysis for tissue temperature was achieved and the temperature time curve was outputted. An estimating method for laser therapy to varicosity was ahieved by the fiat.
