摘要 本文介绍了城市应急联动系统中的多系统组成,针对其存在的问题,设计并实现了智能应用平台(IAP),作为系统运行的支撑平台。IAP平台由信息交换平台和智能业务控制平台两部分构成。信息交换平台提供消息通讯、数据共享、资源管理、服务管理等功能,实现应用系统的整合。智能业务控制平台提供基于脚本的业务流程管理,实现现存各种异构应用系统的业务流自动化。通过IAP平台,实现了各个子系统之间无缝共享和交换数据的需要,从而提高了系统间的整合程度。 This article first introduced the Emergency Response Multi- Systems' composition, drafted to its existence question, proposed intelligence application platform design thought, realized the multi- systems conformity under the IAP, the realization extant each kind of isomerism flows using the system service, The IAP platform combine by the exchange of information platform and the intelligent service platform.The exchange of information platform provides functions message communication, data sharing, resource management, service management.it realizates the multi-system conformity.The intelligent service platform provides service flow management based on the script, then realizate the kinds of isomerism system services worked automated.Through the IAP platform, has realized between each subsystem seamless sharing and the exchange data need, enhanced conformity degree between the system.
