The safe current in operating SnO2 electrodes was introduced. Speed of increasing current and upper limit of voltage when using the SnO2 electrodes, installation of cooling holders for SnO2 electrodes and the protection of the SnO2 electrodes during heating up the furnace were introduced respectively.
