介孔分子筛MCM-41的水热合成及形貌分析 被引量:2

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,以十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)为模板剂,水热法合成介孔分子筛MCM-41,并进行了XRD和SEM测定,探索了模板剂、氢氧化钠、水、晶化时间等不同反应因素对介孔分子筛MCM-41合成的影响,结果表明:CTAB/TEOS为0.6,H2O/TEOS为100,NaOH/TEOS为0.24,晶化时间为72 h为最佳反应条件;扫描电镜测试表明样品颗粒呈短球棒层状堆积,平均粒径在0.1μm左右,且分布较均匀. Mesoporous molecular sieves MCM -41 is synthesized by hydrothermal method using tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) as silica source and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) as template. The effects of CTAB, H2O, NaOH, the crystallization time on synthesis of mesoporous molecular sieves MCM- 41 are studied in detail. The synthesized compounds are characterized by X -ray diffraction and the morphology are investigated by SEM. The results show that the best reaction conditions is CTAB/TEOS = 0.6, H2O/TEOS = 100, NaOH/TEOS = 0.24, crystallization time 72 h. The morphology of compound is short - ball clubbed. The particle size is about 0.1 μm and irregular.
