摘要
采用0.6 um BICMOS工艺,设计了一种高性能,低功耗的单位增益放放大器,该单位增益放大器第一级采用共射差分对的折叠式结构,具有低的增益误差和低的输出电阻,成功应用于一款高效率,宽输入电压范围的DC/DC升压式转换器。该电路增益误差低至0.01%,开环增益为80dB,尾电流为2uA。
A high-performance and low power unity-gain amplifier is proposed which is based on 0.6μm BiCMOS technology .The unity-gain amplifier" s first-stage is bipolar folded-cascode amplifier.The circuit has low gain error and low output resistance,which is applied in a boost DC/DC converter successfully which has high efficiency and wide input voltage range . The gain error can be set as low as 0.01% and the open-gain is 80dB, the tail current is 2μA.
