摘要 自动仓库是现代物流与计算机控制技术相结合的产物。本文介绍了基于触摸屏和PLC的农产品自动化立体仓库控制系统。它以三菱FX2N-48MR型可编程控制器为控制核心,结合三菱F940GOT-LWD-C型触摸屏,采用了光电检测、步进驱动等新技术,将农产品的存储过程自动化,减少了外来因素对于农产品质量的影响,此系统友好的人机界面和可靠的控制性能,使其在实际生产应用中获得了良好的效果,对于我国农产品加工储藏业的发展具有重要意义。 Automatic warehouse is the product combined with the concept of modem logistics and the technology of modem computer and automation, The paper shows the application of TP and PLC in agricultural products Automated High-rise Storage Control sys- tem, MITSUBISHI FX2N-48MR PLC is acted as the control center of Intellectual stereoscopic warehouse.We can combine PLC and MITSUBISHI F940GOT-LWD-C TP. It adopts light and electricity checking ,walking drive and so on. Agricultural product preserve process automation reduces the external factor regarding the agricultural product quality . It can acquire the good effect with the convenient HMI and the reliable control performance, It is of momentous significance regarding our country agricultural products processing preserve industry development.
