本文介绍了一种基于西门子PLC的热泵供汽控制系统。对纸机供热系统进行了研究,采用一种新型的供汽系统---热泵供汽系统,取代了传统三段供汽。该系统运用先进的控制方案,软硬件紧密结合,使系统性能进一步提高,特别适用于I/O点较多的大型纸厂。此系统已在浙江一纸厂应用,具有一定的推广价值。

A heat pump of steam supply system will be introduced in this paper, which based on the PLC of Siemens. We have stud- ied heat supply system seriously, and use a new kind of plan named heat pump of steam supply system instead of the three-stage steam supply. The super control plan is applied in this system, the software and the hardware be integrated perfectly, so that the qualities of this system be improved, the large factory which need to many point of I/O is especially suit to this system. In fact, this new system will be used in a paper production factory in ZheJiang, and worth to be used widely.
