摘要
提出了一种高精度非接触在线测量管线材直径的新方法。利用聚焦的激光束扫描和单片机系统处理数据,采取了数字滤波、相对测量和自校准技术,将环境和偶然误差的影响减至最小,达到了很高的测量精度。
The two level distributed microcomputer monitoring system of malt product is described. It consists of one IBM PC master computer and three MCS 51 single chip slave computers. It can fulfil the technological parameter measurement and close loop control of three stages of malt′s soaking, sprouting and stoving. It has the advantages of rational design, high reliablity, powerful function and low price by the result of a long term practical use.
