介绍了两级分布式麦芽生产过程监控系统。它由一台ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ主机和三台ＭＣＳ－５１单片机从机组成，能完成麦芽生产的浸泡、发芽和烘干三阶段的技术参数测量、控制和管理等。本系统具有设计合理、可靠性高、功能强和价格低等优点。

EPP is the Enhanced Parallel Port defined by IEEE 1248 protocol. The basic knowledge about EPP, including the way of EPP data transfer,EPP BIOS and its utilization and also other options for connecting instruments to PCs are intrduced. Representing an advance in PC connectivity, EPP has its own characteristics and advantages in its data transfer rate, utilization protocol and way of connectivity to the external equipments. So, It can be suggested that EPP will be used more often and more widely in data acquisition.
