Design and Implementation of the Embedded Network Communication Middleware

本文介绍了嵌入式网络通信中间件的设计和实现。该中间件屏蔽掉了底层网卡和GPRS/CDMA硬件模块之间的差异,并且可以运行于各类不同的操作系统之上;同时,该中间件解决了短信业务和无线数据业务之间存在的串行链路复用的问题,使用户可以在有线方式或无线GPRS/CDMA双模方式下同时进行短信聊天和网络数据传输。

This paper describes the design and implementation of an embedded middleware applied on the network communications. This middleware can screen the differences between the network card located in the bottom layer and the hardware module GPRS/CDMA. Moreover, it can be operated on diversified operating systems. Additionally, this middleware can sort out the problem which lies in the serial port multiplexing between SMS and wireless data traffic. What the middleware can finally do is to make the users chat with SMS and transmit network data either in the wired way or in the wireless way of GPRS/CDMA at the same time.
