浅谈区域联防的变换防守

通过研究分析三种区域联防的防守特点,找出各自存在的优点和不足,在这三种半场区域联防基础上突出一个"变化",组合其各自的优点,弥补不足,设计一套既适合当前篮球运动的发展,又能应对日益全面进攻的变换防守。

Through researching and analyzing the defense characteristics of three kinds of zone defenses, it found out the advantage and deficiency of them＇ It stressed a ＂change＂ on the basis of these three kinds of half- court zone defense to remedy its insufficiency. It designed a set of converting defense methods that can be not only suitable for the development of present basketball, but also made the needs of an all- round converting defense way.
