摘要
运用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计与逻辑分析等方法,对山东鲁能泰山、青岛海牛、青岛海利丰、济宁巨龙四家职业足球俱乐部男子后备梯队(U-17)培养现状进行研究,确立影响山东省男子后备梯队(U-17)发展的七个主要因素,分别为教练员水平,领导重视程度,训练条件,培养体制,运动员文化学习,运动员出路,竞赛制度;对上述因素逐一分析,并提出对策与建议。
This paper regards coaches of the juvenile teams of four professional clubs of Shandong(U- 17) as the research objects,on the basis of studying and investigation and it has been established seven main factors of limiting de. veldt of the reserves(U- 17) of influencing the men's of Shandong province:coach's level, the leader' s attention degree, the condition of training, system trained.the player's culture studying, becoming a successful person of the player, contest system, etc. At the same time, it has been drawn countermeasures and suggestions.
