As far as new pedagogic beliefs concerned,learning community has its significance.ln Ibis article, methods of documentation and logical analysis were used, the description of learning community was researched first, then its theoretic base and practical significance, at last the discussion on the condition to construct a learning community on the teaching reform of physical education.
