萘乙酸浓度对金边富贵竹水培繁殖效果的影响

Propagation of Hydroponics of Dracaena Sanderiana Cv. Golden Edge

采用多次重复试验方法,研究了萘乙酸浓度对金边富贵竹水培养生长效果的影响。结果表明,萘乙酸最佳处理浓度为5 mg/L。该浓度下,金边富贵竹生根最快,且生根量最多,平均根长和根鲜重最大。

Through many experiments, the rooting effect of water culture of Dracaena sanderiana Cv. Golden Edge dealing with different concentration of Naphthaleneacetic Acid was studied. The result showed that concentration of 5 mg/L is the best. In this condition, the rooting amount of Dracaena sanderiana Cv. Golden Edge are maximum, which is 55; average root length are longest, which is 14.5 cm; root growth is fastest. Growth hormone can shorten the period of rooting time.
