永磁同步电机超低速下的转速检测及控制 被引量:8

摘要 研究了永磁同步电机的转速检测,证明了在极低速下无论是T法还是M/T法都会因为采样延时过大而影响系统的性能,指出M法测速不仅适合于高速段,而且也适合于低速段转速的测量,可以保证永磁同步电机低速运行性能。指出了锁相环技术和M法之间的异同。介绍了一种基于DSP的转速测量方法流程,给出了实验结果,验证了理论分析的正确性。 The speed detection problem of PMSM have been studied in this paper. The method of T and M/T speed detection should deteriorate the performance of the servo system under ultra-low speed. The M method is suitable for high speed and low speed range both. The deference of PLL and M speed detection method have been studied also. System software flow is presented using TMS320F2812. The experiment results are given, and the validity of this theory is proved.
