摘要
本文主要论述了观测资料工程数据库的基本功能和实现方法，并给出一个实例，说明了该方法的应用，取得了良好的结果．
This paper mainly present the basic function and realization method of engineeing data base of obaervations, and one example is presented. The example show the way of bow to use the method and obtain a good result.
