腹部再手术的51例分析

目的总结相关性腹部再手术原因和治疗经验,探讨其预防措施。方法回顾性分析2001年5月～2006年5月我院51例相关性腹部再手术患者的临床资料,根据与既往手术的具体关系,再手术原因分为并发症、疾病复发、分期手术、未达到疗效（治疗不足）。结果腹部再手术原因：并发症占53%,疾病复发占32.3%,分期手术占10.8%,未达到疗效占3.9%。其中近期再手术原因：并发症占80%,未达到疗效占20%;远期手术的原因：并发症占46.4%,疾病复发占40.2%,分期手术占13.4%。结论相关性腹部再手术最主要原因为手术并发症,减少医源性因素,可有效减少腹部再手术率,尤其是在基层医院。

Objective To summarize the causes and the practical experience in abdominal reoperation and to discuss its precaution. Methods 51 cases of abdominal reoperation from May 2001 to May 2006 were investigated. The reasons of abdominal repoeration included complication of operation, disease recurrences ,step-operation , no-effective Results in all abdominal reoprations, compliation of operation , disease recurrences , step-operation and no-effective rate were 53%,32.3%,10.8% and 3.9%.The complication and no-effective rate of abdominal reoperation, the complication rate was 46.4%, diseases recurrences rate was 40.2%, step-operation rate was 13.4%. Conclusion The important reasons of abdominal reoperation was complication of operation . Reducing iatrogenic factors may reduce the rate of abdominal reoeration.
