胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔118例诊治体会

目的探讨我院1993～2006年118例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔诊治情况。方法腹痛、腹膜炎体征、腹部穿刺是诊断的主要依据。治疗方法分为非手术治疗、穿孔单纯缝合术和胃大部分切除术。对于各种治疗方法的选择进行讨论。结果本组收治胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔118例,其中非手术治疗45例（38.1%）,手术治疗73例（61.9%）。治愈117例,死亡1例。结论我院对胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔诊治是成功的。

Objective Purpose To Summary the dianostic and treatment experiment of 118 cases gastroduodenal ulcer in our hospital. Methods The stomachache, peritonitis and centesis are the main dianostic foundation. The non-operation, the suture of perforation and the stomach ablation are the main treatment. Results The 45 （38.1%） cases of the gastroduodenal ulcer is non-operation and 73 （61.9%） cases of the gastroduodenal ulcer is operation in our hospital, liT cases has cured and 1 case has died of 118 cases gastroduodenal ulcer in our hospital. Conclution The dianosis and treatment of 118 cases gastroduodenal ulcer are successful in our hospital.
