护生临床教学管理方法的探讨

目的规范教学管理模式,提高护生临床实践能力和临床护理教学水平。方法成立临床带教组织及教学管理体系,做好护生上岗前培训,选拔优秀带教老师,认真执行教学计划。结果98%实习生对我院的带教管理工作表示满意。结论严格执行教学计划,对实习生进行严格管理,能使实习生圆满完成实习任务。

Objective To design criterion of nurse didactical management mode and improve the nurse clinical practice ability and the clinical nurse didactical level. Methods The clinical educational organization and educational management system were founded, the nurse cultivation of mounting guard ahead was finished, excellent nurse teacher were selected and nurse didactical plan was carried out. Results 98% nurse of exercitation content to our hospital didactical management. Conclusion The nurse didactical plan was put in force strictly, the nurses of exercitation who were executed strict management can fulfill their assignment.
