基于互联网的嵌入式远程监控系统的研究

随着计算机技术、通信技术与网络技术的发展,工业生产对控制系统的网络化、开放性提出了越来越高的要求,产生了网络化控制系统这类全新的控制系统。通过网络化控制系统可以很方便的实现控制器与现场传感器、执行器的通信,此外通过工业以太网能够实现生产过程的远程监控。本文提出了一种基于Internet的嵌入式远程监控系统的体系结构,以中药滴丸生产线为对象进行了系统设计,介绍了监控系统的关键单元技术。

With the development of computer technology,communication technology and network technology,industry production requires networked and openness of the control system increasingly.A novel kind of control system,networked control system,comes into being. With networked control system,controller can communicate with sensors and executors in field conveniently,moreover can realize remote monitoring and control of the production process through industry ethernet.This paper provides a architecture of Embedded Internet-based Remote Monitoring and Control System,designs the system of the product line of China medicine drop ,explains the technique of the key unit of the monitoring and control system.
