摘要
详细介绍了μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统在C8051F124单片机上的移植,并设计了一个基于UC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统的数控系统的软硬件结构,并给出了系统的软件结构,系统的模块,以及任务的优先级和周期,并详细阐述了所设计软件中几个关键任务的功能和在实时系统中的实现方法。实践表明,UC/OS-Ⅱ完全能够满足控制系统对实时性的要求,而且稳定性好,可靠性高。
This paper describe the transplantation of uC/OS-Ⅱ to the C8051F124 MCU in detail, and an embedded CNC system was presented based on embedded real-time operating system uC/OS-Ⅱ . The hardware and software architecture were discussed .The CNC controller software architecture which applies a generic open architecture model with a software bus is presented. Some impor- tant methods are researched and demonstrated, including thread cutting. The experimental results prove that uC/OS-Ⅱ can meet the need of real-time performance, and its stability and reliability are good.
