摘要
基于资源共享技术的自动测试系统在测试的全过程中致力于测试资源的分配,这种分配受限于有限测试资源的可用度。解决这一问题的方案就是Ai7技术。Ai7技术的核心就是专用资源架构,这种架构排除了测试装置的延时,保证了测试的吞吐量。本文研究了Ai7技术的背景和专用资源架构的基本原理,给出了某型导弹测试平台的并行测试改造中Ai710模块的应用方案和结果。
ATS based on shared-resources architecture concentrates on the allotment of test resources in the test process, and the allotment is limited by the useable degree of test resources. Aimed at the problem, Ai7 technique is put forward. The core of this technique is Dedicated Resource Architecture that avoids the delay time of test equipment and guarantees its test throughput. The background of Ai7 technique and the basic principle of Dedicated Resource Architecture are introduced. And the paper gives out the application schedule and the result of Ai710 module in the modification of a certain Missile Testing Platform to improve its ability of parallel testing.
