摘要
本文介绍了基于XCR3256的存储测试器的模块化设计,利用XCR3256作为主控单元实现了数据的采编存储重发技术。文中针对传统的主要通过硬件电路降低功耗的方法,提出了具体的软硬件相结合实现低功耗技术。分析了软件操作对XCR3256及系统功耗的影响,介绍了几种有效的实现低功耗的方法,并给出了部分的试验数据。
The module design of the testing memory on the base of the XCR3256 is introduced in this paper, the dam's sample-encode-store and re-send technology realized by using XCR3256 as main control cell. Compare to the traditional method of reducing the power mainly on hardware, a concrete technology of hardware combine with software to realize low-power is brought forward. It analyzed the influence of software operation on the XCR3256 and system's power and took some effective steps to reduce the power, then give some experimental data.
