摘要
分析了LASAR仿真生成的故障字典、管脚网络表和节点真值表等文件的内容,找出了其中进行电路故障定位所需的信息,总结出在此基础上对电路进行测试、实现故障定位的过程,设计了数字电路故障诊断系统,可将故障点定位至元件管脚。
The content of fault dictionary, pin connection table and node truth table is analysed, and the necessary information for fault location is found among them, which are generated by LASAR(Logic Analysis Stimulus and Response),The procedure of circuit test and fault location based on the information is concluded,and the digital circuit diagnosis system is designed,in which the fault can be located on the pin of components.
