摘要
传统的薄膜晶体管液晶显示器在视角、反应速度以及功耗等位能上存在缺陷.本文详细介绍了平面内转换(IPS)、低温多晶硅(LTPS)、简单矩阵(SM)结构3种新型液晶显示器以及场效应显示器(FED)、电发光显示器(ELD)2种新的平板显示器,并对其性能进行了分析比较.
Traditional thin - film - transistor (TFT) liquid-crystal-display (LCD) has drawbacks such as the viewing angle, response speed and power consumption in the performance. Three new TFT LCDs-in-plane switching (IPS) mode, low temperature poly-Si (LT PS) process and simple matrix (SM) structure-and two new flat panel displays-field emission display (FED) and electroluminessent display (ELD)-are introduced in this paper. Analysis and comparision of these displays is also made.
