摘要 在B2B电子商务商业模式中,整个协商过程是决策者如何从企业内与企业间供应链里共享的众多资源中选择有利于协商的资源进行整合、利用于指导决策的过程。本文提出了一种基于资源的电子商务自动协商模型。 In the B2B E-commercial pattern, the entire negotiation process is how decision-makers choose the resources benefit for the negotiation from the multitudinous resources shared in the supply-chains between enterprises and put them into conformity use, this paper presented an E-commerce Auto-Negotiation Model based on resource .
