研究了一种视频图像变化信息动态检测的方法。该方法采用数字图像处理技术,将中值滤波和自适应阈值分割应用到了检测当中。同时提出了分区域帧间比较的思想,以计算机为工作平台进行移动侦测,较好的解决虚警和漏警问题,有较高的准确性和可靠性。

Summary：The method that measures dynamically the variable information about the video image is studied in this article.It,with the digital image processing technology,employs median filtering and self-adapted valve segmentation in the measuring,and put forward the idea that compare the image of different districts.The method resolves the false alert and the loused alert,and is more reliably and more accuracy.
