摘要
为实现复合材料自动铺带机对数控系统的特殊要求,以可编程多轴控制器作为运动控制核心,采用可编程数字I/O卡控制开关量,提出了基于开放式数控系统的铺带机专用CNC硬件体系结构的设计方案。为提高系统中与加工过程密切相关的实时任务的实时性,采用随动控制方式,实现了数控系统软件中的运动控制及其与开关动作量之间的协调联动的任务。完成了各控制器的驱动程序、用户图形界面和数控代码编译模块的设计。该系统能很好解决铺带机多轴运动控制精度要求较高、运动量与较多动作量联动实时性等设计难点。
To realize the functions of numerical control system for automated tape-laying(ATL), a hardware architecture of CNC based on open control system is proposed. A programmable multi-axis controller(PMAC) is adopted as a motion control unit and programmable numerical controller(PCL-725, PCL730) for on-off control is achieved. To improve the performance of real-time tasks in the software system, which is closely related to the process, the real-time tasks such as synchronized motion control with on-off control are achievd based on real time Windows2000 system. In addition, the device driver for PMAC & PCL, a user graphical interface and numerical control program interpretation module are designed. The system can solve problems in designing numerical control for ATL,such as higher precision for machine control and synchronization of motion control and on-off control.
