分级LMS算法的性能改进

摘要 提出一种改进型分级最小均方误差算法(modified Hierarchical LMS).该算法通过修正原有HLMS算法中各子滤波器的期望信号,以使各子滤波器均处于滤波处理状态,从而改善原有HLMS算法的性能.仿真结果表明,改进型HLMS算法不仅能保持快速收敛,而且在相同条件下滤波器冲激响应较之原有HLMS算法获得的滤波器冲激响应的均方误差有一个数量级的性能改善. A modified hierarchical least mean square (HLMS) algorithm is proposed. The response of each sub-filter in the hierarchical level is modified to improve the performance of the HLMS algorithm, making the filtering for each sub-filter possible. Simulation results indicate that the modified HLMS algorithm not only maintains fast convergence, but also provides improvement of the mean square error of the impulse response by one order of magnitude with respect to the original HLMS algorithm under the same conditions.
