急性冠状动脉综合征患者的血清C-反应蛋白水平 被引量:2

Approach of clinical significance of serum C-reactive protein levels in acute coronary syndrome patients

摘要 目的观察 C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平在急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者中的变化,并探讨其与斑块稳定性的关系。方法捡测46例 ACS 患者、31例稳定性心绞痛(SAP)患者和30例对照组的血清 CRP 水平。根据冠状动脉造影结果将77例冠心病患者按动脉粥样斑块进行形态学分型分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型。结果ACS 组的 CRP 水平显著高于 SAP 组和对照组(均 P<0.01);Ⅱ型斑块的 CRP 水平显著高于Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型(P<0.01)。结论血清 CRP 水平可反映斑块稳定性,可作为检测斑块破裂的血清学指标。 Objective To observe changes of serum levels of soluble C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods The levels of CRP were measured in 46 patients with AC,S,31 patients with SAP and 30 controls. Seventy-seven patients with coronary angiography were divided into three types according to the morphological division of the plaque:type Ⅰ ,type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ . Results The levels of CRP in ACS group were significantly higher than those in SAP group and control group(P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of CRP of type Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Elevation of serum level of CRP is related with unstable plaque. It can be used as a serum target to judge plaque rupture.
